We're On Puppy Watch

Taika is due within a week and we are expecting "at least four" puppies. Imaging was a little unclear, and the vet only x-rayed one side, which showed a very definite count of 4, with what certainly looks to be a fifth...but we're not sure how many may be hiding on the side that was not x-rayed. The good news from the x-ray is that the puppies look to be appropriately sized (not too big!) and right on track, developmentally. 

It's now all hands on deck as we prepare for birthing to occur by this time next week! Expect responses to be slow the closer we get to whelping- nothing personal! I'm just going to be very pre-occupied, as one can imagine.
